Prabowo-Sandi Ready to Answer All Allegations about Human Rights in Presidential Election Debate
Lensa Aktual. Human rights will be one of the topics in the first debate in the 2019 Presidential Election. Vice President Candidate 02 Sandiaga Uno said that he was ready and would discuss it brightly.
"Yes, please discuss it as brightly as possible," Sandiaga told reporters at the Bulungan tennis court in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Friday (12/28/2018).
Sandiaga believes that the human rights issue that has not been discussed for 5 years as the topic of the debate was an attempt to politicize attacking Prabowo Subianto. But he and Prabowo will still be ready to answer all the allegations.
"Why does this issue arise only once every five years, the public must understand that this is a form of politicization of cases to attack Pak Prabowo, but Pak Prabowo is ready, I am ready, answering all the allegations," explained Sandiaga.
Sandiaga also admitted that he did not prepare specific answers to answer human rights issues during the presidential and vice presidential debate later. That is because the issue is indeed not proven to exist.
"There is no (special answer), everything is open, everything has been explained as clearly as possible, there are five presidents who were given the opportunity to complete the case and indeed proved to be nonexistent. So it should not be a major problem," said Sandiaga.
The main issue that will be appointed by Prabowo Sandiaga's camp, according to him, is an economic issue. Himself and Prabowo will also focus on presenting the vision and mission at the first presidential and vice presidential debate.
"It has begun to get feeding and there are some preparations that we will do. First, we prepare to present the vision and mission," Sandiaga said.
